Established in 2005 by founding partners, Mehmet Selim Yavuz and Murat Uyanık, the boutique that started as a commercial and employment litigation firm has undergone significant transformation over the years following the participation of Çetin Mert Yavuz in 2012 as senior partners.2010
Our amalgamation with an Ankara-based tax and regulatory law firm in 2010 was the next step towards expanding the firm’s area of specialised expertise.2012
In 2012 Çetin Mert Yavuz, joined the firm as the senior partner and the Head of the Corporate Law, Contracts and M&A Department, after having served as a senior legal counsel at the Turkish Football Federation. Now our corporate team consists of highly experienced lawyers and counsels, many of whom have trained at international firms.2015
Deniz Akalın, after having served as a partner at a reputable IT law firm, joined the firm in 2015 and founded the Intellectual Property Law Department.2018
