Established in 2005 by founding partners, Mehmet Selim Yavuz and Murat Uyanık, the boutique that started as a commercial and employment litigation firm has undergone significant transformation over the years following the participation of Çetin Mert Yavuz in 2012 as senior partners.
Our amalgamation with an Ankara-based tax and regulatory law firm in 2010 was the next step towards expanding the firm’s area of specialised expertise.
In 2012 Çetin Mert Yavuz, joined the firm as the senior partner and the Head of the Corporate Law, Contracts and M&A Department, after having served as a senior legal counsel at the Turkish Football Federation.
